Gym signups

Signup here if you want to be a gym leader once I make them. I or Blaze will test you if you play shoddy, and I don't know who will test you if you are doing wifi.

I can test for Wi-Fi, if you want. And can be the Steel Gym leader for Wi-Fi, please?
