Here the rules of Team Help:

Be nice. If you have something to say, say it nice. It is very demeaning for you to call someone stupid because they put 3 electrics on a team.

Be understandable. For example, if multiple things on a team need attention, separate it into paragraphs. Don't make one huge paragraph for a team, because it gets hard to read.

For team posters. Have a setup for how you will post your team. For example, this is how I would post my team.

Do this for the rest of your team.

Try to be as specific as possible, so people can rate as best as they can.
